1. VR Safety Disclaimer & Health Notice
Virtual reality use may cause dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, headache, eye strain, tiredness, confusion, or loss of balance, especially for first-time users. The renter understands that the R3ji VR Headset must be used carefully and responsibly at all times. The renter agrees to stop using the VR headset immediately if they feel unwell, dizzy, nauseated, uncomfortable, or physically unstable. R3ji does not force or require any person to continue using the VR headset if they experience discomfort or health-related concerns. The renter understands that VR use may not be suitable for people with seizure history, serious motion sickness, balance problems, eye conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or other medical conditions. Children or minors should only use the VR headset with proper adult supervision and permission. The renter accepts responsibility for choosing how long and in what manner they use the VR headset during the rental period. By renting or using the R3ji VR Headset, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this safety disclaimer and health notice.
2. Damage, Loss & Late Return Policy
The renter is responsible for taking proper care of the R3ji VR Headset and all included accessories during the rental period. This may include the headset, controllers, charger, cables, straps, case, lenses, and any other item provided by R3ji. The renter must return all rented items in the same condition as they were received, except for normal and reasonable use. If the VR headset or any accessory is damaged, lost, broken, scratched, stained, missing, or returned with issues caused during the rental period, the renter may be required to pay repair or replacement costs. Late returns may result in additional fees depending on the agreed rental time, rental date, and duration stated in the rental agreement. R3ji has the right to check the condition of the VR headset and accessories before release and after return. The renter agrees not to modify, open, repair, sell, lend, pawn, exchange, or transfer the VR headset to another person without permission from R3ji. By renting the R3ji VR Headset, the renter accepts full responsibility for damage, loss, missing items, and late return consequences.
3. Sanitation & Hygiene Notice
R3ji aims to maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of the VR headset, controllers, and commonly touched accessories before and after rental use. The renter understands that the VR headset touches the face, eyes, forehead, hands, and skin, so proper hygiene is important. The renter agrees not to use the VR headset with wet hands, dirty hands, excessive sweat, food stains, face paint, heavy makeup, lotion, oil, or any substance that may stain or damage the equipment. The renter should avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or using liquids near the VR headset and accessories. If the VR headset is returned with excessive dirt, odor, stains, liquid damage, or hygiene-related issues, R3ji may charge a cleaning, repair, or damage fee. R3ji may provide cleaning procedures, protective covers, or usage reminders to help keep the equipment safe and clean. The renter is expected to follow all sanitation instructions given by R3ji before, during, and after the rental period. By using the R3ji VR Headset, the renter confirms that they understand and accept the sanitation and hygiene responsibilities connected to the rental.
4. Customer ID & Deposit Requirement Notice
R3ji may require the renter to provide a valid identification card, contact number, address, and other basic information before the VR headset rental is approved. This requirement is used for rental verification, security, communication, and protection of R3ji property. The renter understands that failure to provide complete or truthful information may result in the rental request being declined. R3ji may also require a security deposit before releasing the VR headset and accessories to the renter. The deposit may be returned after the VR headset and all accessories are checked and confirmed to be complete, clean, undamaged, and returned on time. If there is damage, loss, missing accessory, late return, or unpaid fee, R3ji may deduct the proper amount from the deposit or request additional payment if needed. The renter agrees that the deposit does not remove their responsibility for full repair, replacement, or other charges if the cost is higher than the deposit amount. By proceeding with the rental, the renter accepts the customer ID, verification, and deposit requirements of R3ji.
5. Privacy Notice
R3ji may collect the renter's personal information such as full name, age, address, contact number, identification details, rental schedule, payment record, and agreement details. This information is collected for rental processing, identity verification, communication, security, record keeping, and protection of R3ji property. R3ji will use the renter's information only for purposes related to the VR headset rental transaction and customer support. R3ji does not intend to sell, publicly post, or misuse the renter's personal information. The renter understands that some information may be kept as part of rental records, especially when there are unpaid fees, damage claims, missing items, late returns, or disputes. R3ji will take reasonable steps to keep customer information private and secure. The renter also agrees to provide truthful and updated information during the rental process. By signing or agreeing to the rental documents, the renter confirms that they understand and accept the privacy notice of R3ji.
6. Parent/Guardian Consent Notice
If the user of the R3ji VR Headset is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must give permission before the minor is allowed to use or rent the device. The parent or guardian understands that virtual reality may cause dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, eye strain, loss of balance, or discomfort, especially for children and first-time users. The parent or guardian agrees to supervise the minor while using the VR headset and to make sure that the device is used safely and responsibly. R3ji does not recommend long or excessive VR use for minors without proper breaks and adult monitoring. The parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the minor's actions, handling of the equipment, and compliance with the rental rules. If the minor causes damage, loss, missing accessories, hygiene issues, or late return, the parent or guardian may be held responsible for the related fees. The parent or guardian also confirms that the minor does not have known health conditions that may make VR use unsafe. By allowing the minor to use the R3ji VR Headset, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this consent notice.
Renter
I understand the precautions, notices, responsibilities, and possible risks involved in renting and using the material known as the R3ji VR Headset. I understand that I am responsible for choosing how I use the VR headset, including the place, duration, manner, and behavior connected to my use of the device. I agree to use the R3ji VR Headset carefully, safely, respectfully, and only for lawful and proper purposes. I understand that any violation, breach, infringement, misuse, negligence, or transgression involving the R3ji VR Headset material may result in responsibility, fees, penalties, or other actions allowed by the rental agreement and applicable rules. I accept that I may be held responsible for damage, loss, missing items, late return, unsafe use, unauthorized transfer, or improper handling of the VR headset and its accessories. I understand that R3ji has the right to protect its property, business name, equipment, rental process, and customer safety rules. By signing or agreeing to this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the precautions and notices related to renting the R3ji VR Headset.
Rights of R3ji VR Headset Material Property
R3ji does not intend to suggest, encourage, or require any action that may harm the user, violate human rights, or place any person in an unsafe or unlawful situation. R3ji provides the VR headset material for entertainment, experience, rental, and responsible use only. R3ji has the rights of ownership, possession, control, and protection over the VR headset material, accessories, documents, brand name, rental process, and related property. The renter understands that the R3ji VR Headset remains the property of R3ji unless there is a separate written agreement stating otherwise. R3ji has the right to create rental rules, safety notices, deposit requirements, damage policies, sanitation procedures, and return conditions for the protection of its property and customers. R3ji also has the right to refuse, cancel, or stop a rental transaction if the renter violates the agreement, provides false information, misuses the equipment, or creates risk to the property or other people. By renting or using the R3ji VR Headset, the renter acknowledges and respects the rights of R3ji over its VR headset material property.
